Enable lost pulse detection when every minute counts
Pixel Watch 3 introduces a first-of-its-kind feature, Lost Pulse Detection , which detects lost pulse events, which occur when the heart suddenly stops beating. This is a health emergency where every minute counts. Lost Pulse Detection uses an AI-based algorithm that combines pulse and motion signals to confirm a lost pulse event, and if it does occur, triggers a check to see if you respond. If you don’t respond, it can automatically call emergency services and share an automated message with key contextual information, as well as your location. Lost Pulse Detection will be available on Pixel Watch 3 in multiple European countries in September.

Larger size and brighter display
: Available in 41mm and a new 45mm size, Pixel Watch 3 features a state-of-the-art Actua display with a peak brightness of 2,000 nits, making it clearly visible even in sunlight. The screen borders are narrower, and the screen on the 45mm version is 40% larger than the Pixel Watch 2, while the 41mm version is 10% larger. The display can also automatically adjust the brightness to as low as 1 nit, which is suitable for use in dim environments such as movie theaters.
Long-lasting battery life
: With a more efficient display and the hybrid architecture of Wear OS 5, battery life on Pixel Watch 3 has been significantly improved. A new power saving mode can extend battery life to 36 hours while keeping all health and safety features running.
2. Health and Fitness Tracking
Comprehensive fitness tracking tools: Pixel Watch 3 introduces three new tools to help users optimize their exercise and recovery: Daily Readiness, Cardio Load, and Target Load. These features provide more comprehensive training and recovery recommendations by analyzing key indicators such as heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and sleep quality.
Running features: New features include Workout Builder, which can help users customize running plans and provide real-time guidance through tactile feedback and audio guidance. Pixel Watch 3 also uses machine learning technology to provide more accurate running heart rate monitoring, and analyzes the user's gait and running form after running to help users improve their running results.
Loss of Pulse Detection: This is a first-of-its-kind feature that automatically calls emergency services and sends an automated message with location information when the heart suddenly stops beating. This feature will be available in some European countries in September 2024, and Google plans to work with more regulators to launch it in more countries.
3. Deep integration with the Google ecosystem
Smart home control and more: Users can control Google TV, view live views of smart home cameras, receive voice notes, and unlock their phone or car (supported by BMW and MINI models) using the Pixel Watch 3. In addition, the Pixel Watch 3 can automatically filter spam calls and answer calls for users when needed.
4. Various colors and straps to choose from
Multiple color options: The 41mm version is available in Matte Obsidian, Porcelain, and Hazel. The 45mm version is available in Obsidian and Porcelain, and a new Matte Hazel Aluminum version is available.
